The FCF Convention in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma offers you a once-in-a-lifetime chance to meet and learn from Jarod Miller and Jim Fowler, both internationally recognized naturalists who support wildlife husbandry, conservation, and education.

FCF Convention coming to Tiger Safari Friday July 30th!

In the middle of a three day convention in Oklahoma City, the FCF Convention will be taking a tour of Tiger Safari Zoological Park. Photo opportunities with ambassadors including the Park's new serval and tiger cub, listen to speakers, enjoy lunch, and FCF registered Handlers train under Jarod Miller.

Jarod Miller is a young naturalist, zoologist, pet expert, and regular guest lecturer for zoos, universities, and promotional events, having lectured on captive management and wildlife conservation at venues including the White House. He is also the former executive director of the Binghamton Zoo in Binghamton, New York, and was the youngest accredited zoo director in the United States at age 25. Jarod currently is the host of his own nationally syndicated television series, “Animal Exploration with Jarod Miller”.

Jim Fowler, zoologist and internationally recognized naturalist, is also this year’s special guest at the FCF Convention in Oklahoma. We are honored to have Jim Fowler as one of our speakers on Friday.

Jim has been educating the American public for more than 40 years, first as co-host and then host of Mutual of Omaha’s Wild Kingdom and also host of Mutual of Omaha’s Spirit of Adventure. Jim has been the wildlife correspondent for NBC’s Today Show since 1988 and he was a regular on the Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson.
